Waterfront Railing Replacement
Replacement of a failing white picket railing on a waterfront deck. Pulled the old rotted rail system, set new posts into the existing slab, and installed a fresh painted spindle package tuned to sightlines across the bay.
The Challenge
Constant salt exposure had eaten through the base of the original rail and loosened the fasteners into the concrete, and the homeowner wanted the sightline across the water preserved — no chunky handrail.
Our Solution
We set new marine-grade anchors, sized the top cap slim to keep the view clean, and finished the spindles in a UV-stable paint system rated for the coastal environment.
