Coastal Interior Refresh
Interior refresh of a waterfront home featuring custom navy shiplap accent walls, a beadboard ceiling application, rebuilt primary bath vanity wall, and new window treatments throughout. Emphasis on clean lines, layered whites, and nautical-inspired blues.
The Challenge
The client wanted a more current coastal look without gutting the existing layout, which meant making new millwork disappear into the existing trim package and keeping the home livable throughout.
Our Solution
We laid out each shiplap run with laser lines to keep board reveals consistent across walls and doors, scribed the beadboard ceiling tight to irregular drywall, and phased the work room-by-room so the homeowner always had a functional side of the house.
