Poolside Bifold Door Install
Cut-in and installation of a new multi-panel bifold door system opening a primary living space directly onto the pool deck. Included structural header, waterproof flashing, exterior stucco patch, and interior trim package.
The Challenge
Adding a door wider than the existing opening meant cutting into a load-bearing wall and integrating new flashing into the existing stucco without a visible scar.
Our Solution
We installed a new LVL header, built the rough opening plumb and square for the bifold track, flashed the sill with a stepped membrane, and feathered the stucco patch so the finished elevation reads as original.
